Pega Lead System Architect - French Speaking - Brussels, Belgium
. Degree in Computer Science or related qualification
. Pega Lead Systems Architect Certification (6x or 7x)
. Advanced and deep knowledge of Pega application design, case design principles, and development best practices in building Pega applications
. 10-15 years of overall IT experience
. 5+ years of experience as a Lead Systems Architect building Pega applications with complex RuleSets, business processes, case designs and channels
. Experience and ability in leading medium to large team of CSSA and CSAs
. Ability to solve complex requirements through deep understanding of Pega features and design patterns
. Track record of successful Pega application implementations from scratch in Pega 7.x
. Strong design and implementation skills in an agile/scrum development environment
. Architectural skills- knowledge and certification of TOGAF is highly desirable
. Skills in Java JEE, JMS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL
. Experience in Transformation Projects is highly desirable
. Experience is BFS and Insurance domain is highly desirable
. Experience in Integration is highly desirable
