Position Description

Junior Supply Chain Cost Optimization Analyst (m/f/d)

Position Purpose

The role will gather and control all cost elements of both operations and logistics. She/he will assist in cost reduction opportunities. She/he is responsible for updating timely the accurate data-KPI’s into audit reports and dashboards and deliver analyses. The ideal candidate gets fulfillment from working with facts and numbers.

Major/Key Accountabilities

• Calculating and monitoring of cost KPI’s related to operations and logistics
• Timely updating monthly/weekly reports (dashboards & scorecards)
• Support in making the report pack for monthly country review
• Secure data-input related to the annual Supply Chain budget process
• Support in customer collaboration analysis
• Tracking our performance on sustainability
• Administrative support (manual PO's, production & stocks tracking, SRM audits reporting…)
• Continuously review work processes towards standardization

Qualifications

• Bachelor or equivalent by experience.

Experience

• At least 1 year of experience in business analysis role
• Experience with working in a logistics or operations environment

Skills and Knowledge

• An accurate and structured working style
• A proactive approach
• Good computer skills (MS Office, advanced excel skills)
• Strong analytical skills.
• You can work independently and are administrative literate.
• You are team-oriented.
• Knowledge of the system management SAP is a plus
